BookSpreader is a browser app made by HouseMade for laying out illustrated books. By using it you agree to these terms.

Using the app

You can use BookSpreader for free to design books and export watermarked proof PDFs. A paid license removes the watermark from one book (or, for an unlimited pass, from all of your books).

Licenses

A per-book license applies to the single book it is activated on. Licenses are personal and may not be resold or shared. Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for your order.

Your content

You keep all rights to your illustrations, text and books. They stay on your device and in the folder you choose; we never receive them. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

No guarantee of acceptance

BookSpreader follows published Amazon KDP print specifications and checks common problems, but Amazon decides what it accepts. Always review KDP's print previewer before publishing. BookSpreader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Kindle Direct Publishing.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, HouseMade is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned.
